Culinary Institute at Carolina is a culinary arts educational program. The mission of the Institute is to educate a diverse population by fostering creativity, personal growth and providing the tools required for career development. To accomplish this mission, the Culinary Institute at Carolina, offers a strong and well-rounded culinary education for a diverse population. Central to this philosophy is the attention given to the individual student.
Our faculty is comprised of chefs, most of whom are certified by the ACF and currently work in the food service industry. Each chef brings years of experience with which to provide students opportunities for skills assistance, career guidance, and all the tools needed to be successful in the food service business.
Classes are scheduled beginning February 28, 2022, and will meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings beginning at 6 PM.
The Culinary Registration for Rotation 45 includes payments for the first and last class of the rotation.
