MBIO2360 Citizen Science Diver Lab Fee

Term: Winter 2026

This is the lab fee for the MBIO2360 Citizen Science Diver course for the Winter 2026 semester. This lab fee is in addition to your credit hour fees associated with this course.  Lab fees cover many of the additional costs that accompany the process of scuba certifications including: 

• Scuba equipment rental for the semester
• Air filling of scuba cylinders
• Lake entrance fees
• Diving charter boat fees
• Divemasters/Instructors

PADI Fish Identification, Coral Reef Conservation, Underwater Naturalist, and AWARE Shark Conservation certifications are issued upon successful completion of this course.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Due to the popularity of scuba courses, instructor schedules and issued materials the following policies are in place:

• Drop during 1st week of term/full semester (100% refund)     
  • Monday, January 5 - Sunday, January 11, 2026 
• Drop during 2nd week of term/full semester (75% refund)     
  • Monday, January 12 - Sunday, January 18, 2026
• Drop during 3rd week of term/full semester (50% refund)     
  • Monday, January 19 - Sunday, January 25, 2025
