An interactive workshop that explores how the nervous system regulates stress and how clients can work with it—not against it. Learn foundational principles to increase self-awareness, along with conscious breathing and somatic techniques to support internal balance. This experience offers practical tools and strategies to strengthen inner resources and help navigate life’s transitions with greater ease and resilience.

Presenter Information:

Alicia Zielinski Straub MS, LPC, NCC is a licensed professional counselor, mindfulness practitioner, and nervous system–informed educator. Her work bridges clinical mental health with mind–body practices, helping individuals understand and regulate stress, trauma, and overstimulation in modern life. Drawing from a variety of theoretical approaches including neuroscience, trauma-informed, and the window of tolerance framework, Alicia translates complex concepts into accessible, experiential tools that foster balance, resilience, and emotional regulation. She facilitates workshops, counseling services, retreats, and integrative practices that support nervous system health, self-awareness, and sustainable well-being.
