Kids Science and Engineering Day

The Washington State University student chapter of Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is excited to announce our 15th annual Kids Science and Engineering Day (KSED)! 

This year's KSED will take place on Saturday, March 30th, 2024 from 10AM to 3PM in Sloan/Dana Hall on WSU Pullman Campus. 

About this Event:
Kids' Science Engineering Day 2024 is themed, Journey to the Jurassic and will be jam-packed with STEM learning opportunities for elementary-aged kids through fun and hands-on activities. Kids registered by March 1st will receive a t-shirt, and all kids pre-registered will receive a goodie bag to keep any projects they make! We ask that one parent/guardian stay with their child throughout the event.

  • Saturday, March 30th, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 3:00PM 
  • Sloan Hall (405 Northeast Spokane Street, Pullman, WA 99163) 
  • Ticket prices will be $5 per child (add to cart down below)

FAQs:

Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Yes, we will be selling tickets at the door for TBD.

What are my parking options?
There is parking south of Sloan Hall that is free on Saturdays. Here is a link to WSU's weekend parking options: https://transportation.wsu.edu/general-information/

What's the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for this event. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but it is strongly encouraged to speed up the registration process upon arrival. 

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
We strongly encourage you to use the child's name when filling out the "ticket" to avoid confusion and longer wait times at registration upon arrival.
