HeartCode 2025 ACLS is a self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program that uses adaptive learning technology to allow learners to acquire and demonstrate Advanced Cardiac Life Support skills using a personalized learning path that adapts in real time to a learner’s performance. The program is designed for healthcare professionals who need Advanced Cardiac Life Support training for their clinical duties.

Growers and industry professionals from all over the Pacific Northwest are invited to the WSU Pullman campus on December 11 and 12 to learn about disease diagnostics, insect pest management, herbicide decisions, nutrient management, soil health, and much more directly from the experts.

The program is designed for healthcare professionals who need Pediatric Advanced Life Support training for their clinical duties.

Capped small RNA sequencing (csRNA-seq) captures active or nascent transcription initiation sites (TSSs) of RNA polymerase II (only) from total RNA molecules. It is a valuable tool for mapping changes in promoter or enhancer activity, identifying associated transcription factor binding sites, and understanding the complex regulatory mechanisms that control gene expression in organisms.

For additional meetings or in-depth data analyses, we charge a competitive hourly rate. Additionally, we will share our QC and initial data analysis (peak calling) with you.

Holiday Celebration 2024

Honey produced on the Palouse as a part of the Honey Bee Research program. This honey is from our honey bees are located throughout the WSU campus, Pullman, Moscow and Othello.

Honey production is seasonal and base upon the productivity of the bees, quantities may be limited.

 

IDSA is required to collect membership fees for each semester. The fee is $10 and can be payed through Touchnet or in Cash to president, Vice president, or treasurer.

Ribodepleted RNA-seq captures steady-state mRNAs and other RNAs (>300 nt in size) present in a cell that lack polyadenylation. We often integrate ribodepleted RNA-seq with csRNA-seq to estimate transcript stability.

Although we outsource this assay to the Institute for Genomic Medicine (IGM) at UC San Diego we offer a streamlined service that includes sequencing. 

Run-on sequencing (GRO-seq or PRO-seq) captures the precise locations of actively engaged RNA polymerases along the genome which can identify actively transcribed genes, characterize candidate enhancer RNA, profile changes in gene regulation, for instance in response to a signal, and identify potential underlying transcription factors.
