Evening With Industry is a signature networking event hosted by students in the Washington State University Bioengineering program, designed to bring together industry professionals and emerging engineering talent. This event provides companies in bioengineering, biotechnology, medical devices, and related life-science fields with a unique opportunity to engage directly with students in an intimate and focused setting—far more personal than large career fairs. Employers can meet undergraduates and graduate students who are actively pursuing internships, co-ops, research positions, and full-time opportunities, all while showcasing their company’s mission, culture, and upcoming roles.
Throughout the evening, companies occupy networking tables, participate in guided small-group conversations, and connect with students who have experience with relevant concepts. Light refreshments are provided, and organizations may choose to participate in short company spotlights to highlight their work.
