2025 WA Meat Summit

What: Join us for the 2nd WA Meat Up Summit. Designed to engage with producers, processors, restaurateurs and retailers, resource providers, and policy and decision makers to aid in the growth and support of the niche meats sector. This will be learning and peer-to-peer sharing environment.

When: April 5, 2025

Where: Pillar Rock Grill, Moses Lake Golf Club, 1373 Rd F.2 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837

Meeting Details: 

• Tentative time 9:30 registration, 10am Meeting Start through 4pm adjourn

• Registration Fee: $35 Early Registration on or before and of day on March 26, 2025, Late registration will increase to $45 after this date.

Keynote Address from Reed Anderson, owner and operator of Anderson Ranches and Kalapooia Processing. The Anderson Family have a multi-generational operation that is diversified in nature. Come enjoy his thoughts and ideas on "Transparent Business Practices to Keep and Expand your Customer Base."
