Employee/Retiree portion of the health insurance premium owed.
Health insurance premiums are due by the 1st of each month. Failure to make a timely payment may result in the cancellation of coverage.
Recurring payments should be set up to end prior to October 1st, 2026.
Refunds will only be issued if a payment is processed when a member is no longer eligible.
