Advance Cardiac Life Support Instructor cards are available to individuals who hold an ACLS Provider card and who have successfully completed the cognitive and skill evaluations in accordance with the curriculum of the AHA ACLS Program and have been monitored by a current faculty member of the AHA Training Center.
Renewal date is 2 years after issue.
