What positions are available?

Available positions include UTA Ambassadors, Homecoming King/Queen, and Student Senators (excluding the College of Architecture, Planning, and Public Affairs). 

Names of regular candidates shall be made public at the first candidate meeting on Monday, October 6th.  Those who file after the regular deadline shall be write-in candidates whose names will not appear on the ballot, but must be written-in by the voter.

Filing Fee
A $10.00 filing fee is required for each position and used to defray the costs of the elections. Candidates may submit their name, photo and campaign platform statement which will be published in October 22nd issue of The Shorthorn.
