Request to Reprint Diploma

Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences alumni can request to receive a reprint of their diploma. Please make sure to fill out all the information accurately, as your name, degree, and class year will be printed directly from the information provided. Please note that all signatures will be from current GSBS Dean and current Tufts President, and the school's name will appear as "Tufts Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences". If the reprint is due to a name change, please email your proof of name change to gsbs-registrar@tufts.edu. Diploma reprints can take up to six weeks for delivery.
