Order Replacement Certificate

Participants who complete the course requirements will be awarded a certificate if contact hours are provided. Contact hours are provided for most, but not all programs. A $10 fee will be charged for the replacement of a certificate. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the replacement certificate to be sent by both mail and e-mail.
