Loan Signing Specialist Training - July 25, 2024

This class is designed for notaries who want to become Loan Signing Document Specialists. Students will learn: How to contact borrowers and set appointment. The proper handling of Real State documents whether it be signing, initializing, or notarizing documents. How to return the loan package to Title or Escrow required notary materials and “Tools of the Trade”. Additionally, instructor will advise and direct students on maintaining their services in the Real State Community. There will be an optional take home test with Certification $35. Students can take the class even if they are not notaries. They can’t work until they became notaries.
