Shipment processing and delivery time

Orders are produced within three to five business days of placement. Shipping will take an additional three to five business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Publication and product returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the University of Missouri Extension website. MU Extension no longer maintains a warehouse of publications or logo items to facilitate exchanges or returns. Every publication and product ordered from the MU Extension store is printed on-demand at the time of order. This precludes MU Extension from accepting returns. If you have any questions, please email extpubs@missouri.edu or call 573-882-7216 during customer service hours.

MU Extension customer service is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time Monday through Friday, except university-observed holidays and Dec. 26–31.

MU Fire and Rescue Training Institute store policies
