Masterclass Chef Event Featuring SpringHouse’s Executive Chef Pete McKenny

Learn from Chef Pete McKenny, Executive Chef/General Manager of acclaimed SpringHouse. In a hands-on culinary class, Chef McKenny will share recipes and techniques to producing two types of sophisticated and delicious strudel dishes. Guests will sit down to enjoy the food that they have prepared while enjoying a paired wine.

Guests will be provided courtesy aprons to be used during the class. They should wear close-toed shoes and clothes that are comfortable to wear while being active in the kitchen. Please pull back long hair.
