Payment Gateway
- If you know you're using version 4.7 or higher, log in to the Payment Gateway Operations Center and navigate to Configuration > View System Information.
- If you know you have a Payment Gateway Operations Center, then log in and navigate to Configuration > Credit Card Configuration. The version information is displayed in the General Configuration page.
- If you don't have a Payment Gateway Operations Center, open a command prompt on the Payment Gateway server and run this command:
d:\payment\bin\transmgr \-v
You may need to change the path to match that of your environment.
webCheck
Click (or right-click) in any of the webCheck end-user application pages and select your browser's View Source option. The HTML page includes the version and build number of webCheck, located near the top of the source page.
TouchNet Bill+Payment Suite
- For versions 2.5 or higher: To check your Bill+Payment installation's version number, click the View System Information link on the Operations Center home page. The System Information page shows your current version number as well as information about the Transaction Manager and Payment Gateway you use with
Bill+Payment. - For versions prior to 2.5: Click (or right-click) in any Bill+Payment Operations Center or Bill+Payment end-user application page (except for the help pages) and select your browser's View Source option. The HTML page includes the version and build number of Bill+Payment, located near the top of the source page.
Marketplace
Open the Marketplace Operations Center. The version number is displayed at the bottom of the login page.
Cashiering
Log into the Cashiering Operations Center. The version number is shown at the bottom of the screens.
Voice
On your Voice System server, open Windows Explorer and search for the TNVoice.dll file. Right-click the file name and select Properties > Version.
If you don't have a TNVoice.dll file, search for the tnVoiceApp.exe file. Right-click the file name and select Properties > Version.
T-Serve
Open a command prompt on the T-Serve server and run this command:
d:\tserve\bin\transmgr \-v
You may have to change the path to match that of your environment.
TSRVWEB
Open a command prompt on the web server. Navigate to the directory where tsrvweb.exe resides and run this command:
tsrvweb \-?
