Exception Codes : Changing User Roles to Permit Viewing New Merchant Information

When a new merchant is added within the Payment Gateway Operations Center merchant configuration, users do not automatically have access to that merchant's information.

Payment Gateway does not know which users may need access to the new merchant's information. You must grant access as needed.

An Operations Center user with the administrator role must log into the Operations Center. Click the Users link, then give each user the appropriate roles for this new merchant.

Note: The administrative user must log out and log in again to view the merchant information.
