Dear Cigna Participant, 
Due to the shortage of US dollars in national banks, AUC exceptionally extended the option to pay the Cigna medical premium in Egyptian pounds for the second quarter of CY2026, covering April, March, and June 2026.
This option is available through the secured online payment using EGP Credit/Debit cards. Please note that you need to select the current level of coverage that you are enrolled in before making the payment.
The exchange rate used for this payment is April 2026 of $1= EGP 53.51 you may be obliged to pay any difference in premium in case of late payment. 
The deadline for paying the 2nd quarter is April 16th, 2026 (no monthly payments are permitted through using the EGP online payment).
