Dear Cigna Participant, 
Due to the shortage of US dollars in national banks, AUC exceptionally extended the option to pay the Cigna medical premium in Egyptian pounds for the fourth quarter of CY2025, covering October, November, and December 2025.
This option is available through the secured online payment using EGP Credit/Debit cards. Please note that you need to select the current level of coverage that you are enrolled in before making the payment.
The exchange rate used for this payment is November 2025 of $1= EGP 47.29; you may be obliged to pay any difference in premium in case of late payment. 
The deadline for paying the 4th quarter is October 15th, 2025 (no monthly payments are permitted through using the EGP online payment).
