Dear Cigna Participant, 
Due to the shortage of US dollars in national banks, AUC exceptionally extended the option to pay Cigna medical premium in Egyptian pounds for the first quarter of CY2025 covering  January, February and March 2025.
This option is available through the secured online payment by using EGP Credit/Debit cards. Please note that you need to select the current level of coverage that you are enrolled in before making the payment.
The exchange rate used for this payment is March's 2025 of $1= EGP 50.70, you may be obliged to pay any difference in premium in case of late payment. 
The deadline for paying the 1st quarter is January 15th, 2025 (no monthly payments are permitted through using the EGP online payment).
