Dear AXA Participant,

This site is created to facilitate payment of medical premiums by Credit cards, Debit cards, or E-cards through the secured online service. You will need to select the level of coverage and specify the number of insured family members under your current level before making the payment.
Payments can be made quarterly as per the below set due dates (no monthly payments are permitted under this methodology):
    - 1st quarter covering January, February & March: due before December 31^st, 2025.
    - 2nd quarter covering April, May & June: due before March 31^st, 2026.
    - 3rd quarter covering July, August & September: due before June 30^th, 2026.
    - 4th quarter covering October, November & December: due before Septemeber 30^th, 2026.

NB: In case you would like to pay more than one quarter, please select the number of quarters due.
Please note that any delay in premium payment may result in automatic cancellation of the medical insurance subscription, and you will not be entitled to re-subscribe to the medical insurance program afterward.
