Habits are hard to change when they’re forced on children. The best way to inspire lasting change is to empower them with knowledge and help them understand the power of nutrition. This course is designed to give young learners the essential skills they need to make smart, healthy choices—without taking away the joy of food. Through a mix of hands-on activities and short lessons, children and preteens will explore food groups, practice reading nutrition labels, and learn how to tell healthy options from less healthy ones. They’ll get to make their own snacks, pack balanced lunchboxes, and discover that “healthy” can be fun, delicious, and exciting. By the end of the course, students won’t just know what to eat—they’ll understand how to fuel their bodies, sharpen their minds, and start building healthier lifelong habits with confidence.
