The UWI appeal on behalf of students resident at Cave Hill affected by Hurricane Melissa

Hurricane Melissa has caused widespread disruption across Jamaica and several other Caribbean islands, leaving many families focused on rebuilding after significant loss.  As a result, some of our Cave Hill students from the affected territories may now be facing reduced financial or material support from home.

In the true spirit of regional unity, The UWI Cave Hill Campus is inviting staff, students, alumni, and friends of the University to lend a helping hand.  Your contribution - no matter the size - will go directly toward assisting these students with essential living needs as they navigate this challenging period.

Donations are accepted in Barbadian dollars (BBD)
Exchange rate: USD $1 = BBD $2.

Thank you for standing in support of our regional brothers and sisters here at Cave Hill.  Your kindness and solidarity will make a real difference.
