Theme: Corporate and Commercial Law in our Digital Age

This workshop seeks to interrogate the colonial foundations of Caribbean legal systems and explore decolonial alternatives to the current commercial landscape in the region; foster dialogue on resilience, innovation, and inclusive legal reform; examine how emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, fintech) are reshaping commercial law and how Caribbean practice can adopt such technologies ensuring the region does not fall behind in this rapidly evolving field.

Location:   The 23rd Annual Caribbean Commercial Law Workshop will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Panama, Panama City, Panama, July 19-21, 2026.

Accommodation

Subject to availability, bookings should be made by noon on June 19th, 2026.
Group rates are available at $139 USD and $149 USD (double) per night
(exclusive of 10% occupancy tax and 7% sales tax)

Conference fees are $950 USD with an Early Bird price of $750 USD until 19th June, 2026
