Theme: Corporate and Commercial Law in our Digital Age This workshop seeks to interrogate the colonial foundations of Caribbean legal systems and explore decolonial alternatives to the current commercial landscape in the region; foster dialogue on resilience, innovation, and inclusive legal reform; examine how emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, fintech) are reshaping commercial law and how Caribbean practice can adopt such technologies ensuring the region does not fall behind in this rapidly evolving field.
