Technician Conference Registration

23rd ANNUAL OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN SEMINAR 

Friday, October 11, 2019 - 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Academic Classroom Building Room 100

Pre-registration by Wednesday, October 9, 2019, is preferred to ensure catering counts, but walk-ins will be welcomed. Registration confirmation packets will be emailed to each pre-registrant and will include:  
•     Registration confirmation letter
•     Hotel information
•     Parking, driving, and maps to TTUHSC and the hotels where we have conference blocks. 

Guest Wireless TTUHSC offers guest wireless internet access which may work better on a laptop or tablet than on a mobile phone in the meeting room. 

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Handouts will be available online before, during, and after the conference. 
 
Course Accreditation Information will be provided at a later date.

Dress is business casual and you are encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket for comfort during the meeting. 
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, TTUHSC Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences reserves the right to substitute speakers. In the unlikely event that the conference must be cancelled, full refunds will be issued.
