Men's Wrestling Prospect Camp

Join the Heidelberg Wrestling program on June 8, 2025 to work towards the opportunity to wrestle at the college level. This camp is designed to give wrestlers a better feel for training and wrestling at Heidelberg University. Wrestlers will be run through all aspects of practice including dynamic warmups, specific technique, progressive drilling, sparring, live situational wrestling, and live matches. In addition, a portion of the camp will be spent on mental preparation and goal setting.
