All students are welcome to bring a guest to Orientation! We're asking families to limit to two guests to ensure a safe and healthy orientation experience for everyone. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to the two guest limit. Heidelberg is happy to provide overnight accommodations for guests at $40 per person. The majority of guests will be housed in Williard Hall, which has up to two twin beds in each room, and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with an adjoining room.
