You will need to provide credit card payment information when you register.

Cancellations must be received at least one week prior to each workshop. If you need to cancel after the deadline, we are happy to accept a substitute. If you are unable to find a substitute, we will charge 50% of the registration fee. Please note that we do enforce the cancellation fee policy, no matter the reason for the absence. If you are sick or suddenly cannot attend, we are happy to follow up with your manager or office to find a substitute to use your seat. Please select the workshop type below to start the registration process. If your organization is GST exempt, you must select the 'GST exempt' registration type below and provide the GST exemption number in your registration.

Once you have registered, you will receive confirmation by email. Your credit card will be charged when you register and you will receive a payment receipt automatically.  If you are waitlisted and no seat becomes available your registration fee will be refunded.
