Do you think you might have a green thumb? Want to learn more about the plants and ani-mals in our school garden? Do you like field trips to unique places? Then join us for this new Garden Explorers camp! We will learn about pollinators, where our food comes from, growth cycles of insects and plants, how worms help our soil, and the importance of flow-ers. We’ll have lots of hands-on activities including working in the butterfly garden, building an aquaponics system, starting seeds, creating greenhouses to take home, building a vege-table garden, and taking a field trip to Linnaeus Gardens for a tour and activities. Come dig in the dirt!
