- Understand how to manage the 10 knowledge areas identified in PMI's PMBOK® Guide throughout the PM process.
- Become capable of selecting appropriate methods for Agile, predictive and hybrid applications.
- Learn and practice using the fundamental tools and techniques used to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close project.
- Develop the fundamental knowledge necessary to sit for and pass PMI's CAPM® certification exam.

This class is delivered on-line, there will be an end-of-course exam, and successful participants will receive a certificate from TMAC Paso del Norte at UTEP.
