College of Nursing & Health Professions Prof Portfolio

Credit may be granted to undergraduate students who have previous experiential learning in the field of their profession/degree program. An approved professional portfolio will result in course-specific credit (example: experience as a registered nurse and as a nurse manager may qualify for credit in a Leadership in Nursing and Healthcare course). Professional portfolio credit will incur a fee of $50.00 per credit hour. The fee is non-refundable even if the student fails to qualify for credit. Initiate the payment process only after receiving approval to submit a professional portfolio and acknowledging the terms and policies on the Professional Portfolio form. You will need to know the subject, course number, course title, credit hours, and department for the course for which you will be receiving credit. After checking out, you will receive an e-receipt. You must provide a copy of the receipt to the person reviewing the portfolio.
