Cost: $1240 for a Single Traveler (1 person in a room), $1600 for a Pair of Travelers (2 people in a room)

All travelers must pay a $250 nonrefundable deposit for each registration. Funds are applied to the overall trip cost. Remaining balance due no later than July 31, 2026. A seperate payment link will be sent to participants for final payments. 

Single travelers are one person per room. Pair of travelers are two people per room with one bed or two beds. 

If the trip is canceled, the deposit fees will be refunded.
