Seat Deposit

Accepted Applicants are required to submit two non-refundable seat deposits. The Seat Deposit schedule is as follows:

• First Seat Deposit: $250
  Due by April 1, 2026 (or by the alternative date given to you in an email from the Admissions Office and stated on your LSAC Status Checker for Ole Miss Law.)
• Second Seat Deposit: $250
  Due by June 1, 2026.

Both of these deposits will be credited toward your fall tuition. We do not give any waivers for these deposits.

If you do not remit your seat deposit by the specified date, your offer of admission will be cancelled and your seat offered to another applicant.
