Let Peggie Wilson whisk you off on a culinary adventure as you spend an unforgettable evening crafting your very own tamales from scratch. This hands-on class dives into the heart of tradition, guiding you through the art of preparing your very own tamales. Tamales are a dish comprised of masa and then steamed inside of corn husks. While this may sound simple, these tamales are exploding with rich, mouthwatering flavor, and you’ll leave inspired (and tempted!) to recreate them again and again at home. You will make savory tamales, and best of all, you will be able to take some home with you at the end of class to savor or share!
