Designed for literacy coaches and lead teachers, this workshop will expand your collaborative coaching skills as you work alongside your teachers to support student growth.  We'll explore how to mentor and support brand new and early career teachers as well as more vertan educators.  Learn new ways to facilitate your feedback and data analysis conversations, plus new approaches to model lessons.
