Ecology Day Camp

Summer 2026 Dates: Multiple Sessions - June 1 to July 17

Grade Levels: Entering 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Grades in Fall 2026

Registration Instructions

ATTENTION: Complete only one (1) student registration per transaction. For multiple students, finish one registration, then restart the process. The system does not allow multiple students in one registration.

REMINDER: Each student must have a complete summer file including:

• Registration payment
• All-Programs Application
• Code of Conduct agreements
• Medical Form
• Copy of parent/guardian driver’s license
• Copy of insurance card (or Waiver if no coverage)
• EDC Transportation Waiver (exclusive to Ecology Day Camp)

Refund Policy

• Cancel up to two weeks before session → 80% refund
• Cancel less than two weeks before session → No refund
• Full refund if camp is cancelled due to low enrollment
