Conservation Camp. This camp is for middle school students who are sincerely interested in conservation issues and enjoy a good walk in the woods or a satisfying tromp in a creek. This unique experience, sited at the UM Field Station, will expose students to the great outdoors and to possible careers in forestry, conservation, and natural resource protection. Camp concentrates on forest and aquatic ecology including tree identification, water quality, invertebrate life cycles, aquatic life, and themes in conservation research.
