Combating Childhood Obesity Through Physical Education

How can we as educators help prevent childhood obesity? It is not classified information that we have an obesity crisis in America. Children with obesity can suffer from physical, mental, emotional, and social problems. As an educator it can be frustrating figuring out how to address these issues in physical education class.
