Campus Recreation Student Summer Membership

CAMPUS RECREATION STUDENT SUMMER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
Spring 2024 ID access will be deactivated May 10th, 2024. Students enrolled in a summer session will have access to Turner Center or South Campus Recreation Center during the enrolled session only. Students who are not enrolled in a summer session will be required to purchase a membership for Turner Center or South Campus Recreation Center access throughout the summer for facility access.

Incoming & transfer students for fall 2024 can only purchase a summer membership if they have completed freshman/transfer orientation, are over the age of 18, issued a University ID card, and provide proof of registration for fall semester that is emailed to memberservices@olemiss.edu.

If you have graduated in spring 2024, you are not eligible to purchase a student summer membership; you must instead purchase an alumni membership. 

May Intersession & Summer I ($25.00) : May 10th, 2024- June 26th, 2024
Summer II & August Intersession ($25.00) : June 27th, 2024- August 11th, 2024
Full Summer ($50.00) : May 10th, 2024 - August 11th, 2024

Students have the option to participate in small group fitness classes and/or the climbing wall by separately purchasing a summer pass for an additional $30.

TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
The following must be e-signed by the Primary Enrollee (e-signature required at the bottom of the online membership form) before the membership will be approved by the Department of Campus Recreation. All information included in this application is true and complete. I have read the Campus Recreation policies (available at campusrec.olemiss.edu/policies) and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Please be aware that the participation in physical activities involves a higher degree of risk than normal activities. Participation in recreation facilities and programs is at your own risk, and you are encouraged to have a physical examination prior to participating. The University of Mississippi and Campus Recreation does not carry any insurance program to cover participants. Participation in any Campus Recreation program is on a voluntary basis. The University of Mississippi and Campus Recreation cannot assume the responsibility for lost or stolen property or injuries sustained while participating.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants are expected to exhibit proper conduct and respect the rights of others. Individuals who engage in unacceptable, unsafe, or irresponsible behavior may have their access to the facilities revoked, modified and/or subjected to further University disciplinary action.

PARKING
I understand I must purchase an appropriate parking decal through University Parking Services to park on campus. I will be responsible for any fines issued for parking improperly while utilizing this membership.

LOCKER RENTAL POLICY
Lockers can be rented at Turner Center for $10 during the summer term.
