Diversity and Inclusion as a Value Proposition - Apr. 2, 2019 (to be rescheduled)

Diversity and Inclusion as a Value Proposition - Apr. 2, 2019 (to be rescheduled)

“People are our greatest asset” is a phrase that has been repeated over and over by company executives, but when it comes to diversity and inclusion that statement could not be more accurate. People are at the heart of diversity as companies strive to hire the best available talent to create value for their customers and the communities they serve. However, diversity and inclusion is also recognized as a measurable value proposition. Recent research suggests diverse and inclusive organizations generate higher revenue and profitability than their competitors and diverse teams are more innovative and engaged, and produce results six-times higher than homogeneous teams. In this module participants will develop a business case for diversity and inclusion and participate in diversity activities to foster understanding and inclusion.

We offer a discounted rate to support and make training accessible to not-for-profit organizations and small businesses. Group discounts for all organizations are also available, contact us at execed@utsa.edu for more information.
