Program Details

Are you interested in harnessing the power of diversity within your organization? Fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DE&I) culture and environment is vital to organizational success. Research consistently finds higher performance, greater creativity and higher cohesion among employees in diverse teams or organizations. Evidence also supports that DE&I organizations are better able to respond to global demands and protect their competitive advantage by proactively anticipating change. However, leaders and organizations continue to struggle with incorporating best practices and shifting workplace culture to be more inclusive. Fear of missteps can also work against efforts to create workplaces that are truly diverse, equitable and inclusive.

Explore the key concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), observe successful efforts to support DE&I in the workplace, and identify ways that you can foster and support DE&I within your own organization as both a leader and an individual contributor. Sessions are led by Dorinda Rolle, Ph.D., a distinguished facilitator and instructor in this field.

What is an Executive Coaching Experience?

To help you realize your professional potential, when you register online, you will have the option of adding an executive coaching experience as part of the Leadership Institute. Your coaching experience is the one-on-one component that can help you turn your executive education goals into measurable outcomes.

Our coaching model uses a three-step process of self-discovery, self-evaluation and self-motivation. In addition to assessments and one-on-one sessions, our coaches use an evidence-based approach. This means that their recommendations come from a rich body of literature, which is backed by psychological research.
