Through the UTSA Executive Education Leadership Institute, participants develop and enhance core skills that are fundamental to organizational success. Our Leadership Institute workshops explore an area of business focus for professionals looking to further develop their skills and abilities. Participants will enhance their understanding of key concepts, and gain tools to help them apply what they learned when they are back on the job.
This workshop starts with the basic concepts, terminology and models of DE&I. Explore where bias may occur, and evaluate best
practices that encourage open and objective processes through the selection, training and development of employees. As team
members or leaders, you will have an opportunity to discuss your role in the context of DE&I and how to empower others as allies. Session is led by Dorinda Rolle, Ph.D., a top facilitator and instructor in this field.

What is an Executive Coaching Experience?
To help you realize your professional potential, when you register, you will have the option of adding an executive coaching experience as part of the Leadership Institute. Your coaching experience is the one-on-one component that can help you turn your executive education goals into measurable outcomes.
Our coaching model uses a three-step process of self-discovery, self-evaluation and self-motivation. In addition to assessments and one-on-one sessions, our coaches use an evidence-based approach. This means that their recommendations come from a rich body of literature, which is backed by psychological research.
