This workshop will prepare you for both the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification examination, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification examination. Building on the Project Management 101 course, this intensive exam preparation workshop uses the framework outlined by the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Certified instructors will share test-taking tips and strategies, as well as review materials to assist with passing the PMP/CAPM exam. Sessions are led by Aaron DeWispelare, Ph.D., P.E., PMP, ACP, a top facilitator with extensive experience in both the public and private sector.
