Memory Plaques

Each Memory Plaque is a custom laser-engraved Baltic birch wooden plaque that’s designed to turn meaningful life moments into permanent keepsakes. Customers can personalize the plaque with their names, dates, locations, coordinates, quotes, special messages, or even custom images to commemorate events such as weddings, graduations, anniversaries, vacations, or new homes. 

There are multiple design templates available for each plaque, as well as the option to create a custom design. Customers simply select their design option, enter their engraving details, and provide contact information so digital proof can be sent for approval before engraving begins. 
After approval, plaques are laser engraved and prepared for delivery. Customers within one hour of the University of Cincinnati campus may choose hand delivery, while all other orders can be shipped through UPS. 

Prices range from $45 to $65 depending on the product option selected, including Simple Design plaques, Specialized Image plaques, and Larger Premium plaques.

How to Order:
1.    Select the plaque type (Simple Design, Specialized Image, or Large Premium).
2.    Choose design template or custom option.
3.    Enter engraving details such as names, dates, locations, or coordinates.
4.    Provide contact information so a digital design proof can be sent for approval.
5.    Select delivery method (local hand delivery or UPS shipping).
