Crafting with Clay: Planter for Plant's Sake

This fun hand building workshop will guide students through the timeless process of creating a one-of-a-kind handmade planter that will house a plant from our very own University Greenhouse on the roof of Rievschl. The final class will be a short walk to the Rievschl green house for a fun planting and plant care workshop. 

What's included?

• Access to the DAAP Ceramics lab during open lab hours thoroughout the duration of the workshop.
• All materials required for the workshop including tools, clay, glaze & firing
• Potting supplies and small plant

What should I bring?

• an apron and hand towel (be prepared, art is a messy business!)

*To receive a refund you must notify schmitbe@uc.edu at least 1 week prior to class.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after that time or no-shows.  If the class does not reach required minimums for participation all registered users will be fully refunded.
