Congratulations on your admission to UC Irvine Law for Fall 2025! It’s time for you to finalize your seat in the class by paying your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) Deposit. Please follow the directions on this page fully in order to avoid any potential issues with linking your deposit to your application and Zot Account (your UCI student account). Be mindful of instructions on the individual deposit page(s).

All SIR Deposits submitted to UCI Law are NONREFUNDABLE from the moment they are submitted. Deposits will be applied to your Fall 2025 Zot Account in August when fees are assessed.

• First SIR Deposit is due January 15
• Second SIR Deposit is due April 15

Deferrals from Fall 2024:

• Deferred Student Deposit is due by January 15

Regular Decision Applicants:

• First SIR Deposit is due on April 15 or the deadline stated in your "How to SIR" email
• Second SIR Deposit is due June 1 or the deadline stated in your "How to SIR" email
• If you wish to pay both the first and second SIR Deposit at once, please select the “UCI Law Total SIR Deposit Fee” option below. If you wish to just pay the first SIR Deposit, please select the “UCI Law First SIR Deposit Fee” option.

Please be certain you’re paying the correct deposit by its deadline. Failure to submit the deposit due may jeopardize your seat in the class and access to the On-campus Housing Guarantee for incoming 1L students or access to Early Interview Week for transfer students. The Office of Admissions & Student Financial Services may not take any of its actions on your behalf until the entire deposit is received.
