Welcome to University of South Carolina Marketplace

The USC Personal Training Program offers each qualified client the opportunity to work with a Personal Trainer who will design an appropriate exercise program to help the client pursue his/her physical fitness goals. The personal trainer will provide insight and guidance regarding proper exercise techniques for all prescribed exercise, and each session will be scheduled for one hour.

All trainers are certified through nationally accredited organizations including the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition all trainers go through in-house certification course to ensure a consistency among all University of South Carolina Campus Recreation trainers.
