Program Fees Include: 

• Airfare to and from Calgary International Airport and Charlotte Douglas International Airport
• Hotel
• In-country transportation
• Admission to activities outlined in program itinerary
• Ski Gear (Specifically - Helmet, Ski Boots, Bindings, Skis, and Poles)

Program Fees Do Not Include:

• Transportation to/from Charlotte Douglas International Airport
• Tuition for HRSM 390
• USC global health insurance (~ $36)
• Trip Interruption insurance 
• USC Education Abroad application fee (~ $225)
• Meals, site visits, and excursions not listed on final itinerary
• Passports, required vaccinations, and required medical treatment/testing/documentation
• Personal expenses and shopping

Additional Expenses (If Needed):

• Ski School Lessons
• Winter Clothing Rental 

Price per student is $3,995.00 + tuition (separate) for HRSM 390, USC global health insurance, and Education Abroad fee. Program fees are non-refundable.  If the program is cancelled by USC prior to departure, recoverable costs will be refunded.

This trip is limited to 12 participants and is expected to be filled quickly; reserve your space by submitting your first payment soon.

Reserve your space by 12/05/2025. Please complete your application with the Education Abroad Office prior to 12/12/2025. You must register and pay for HRSM 390 no later than 01/09/2026.

Payment Deadlines:
1st Program Fee payment of $1,997.50 — due by 12/05/2025
2nd Program Fee payment of $1,997.50 — due by 01/30/2026

Program fees are not refundable.
