Our itinerary will provide you with a unique opportunity to observe and experience key retail/hospitality & tourism/sport experiences centering around the preparation for Winter Olympics. By learning about what it takes for a destination to prepare for the Winter Olympics, you can better appreciate the uniqueness of international markets and be better prepared as a professional in your field.

• Hotel Accommodations

Program Fees Do Not Include:

• Transportation to/from airport, airfare (US to Milan, Italy, roundtrip)
• Tuition for HRSM 390
• USC global health insurance (~ $36)
• Trip Interruption insurance (recommended)
• USC Education Abroad application fee (~ $150)
• Meals, site visits, and excursions not listed on final itinerary
• Passports, required vaccinations, and required medical treatment/testing/documentation
• Personal expenses and shopping

Price per student is $2,500.00 + tuition (separate) for HRSM 390, USC global health insurance, and Education Abroad fee. Program fees are non-refundable. If the program is cancelled by USC prior to departure, recoverable costs will be refunded.

This trip is limited to 22 participants and is expected to be filled quickly; reserve your space by submitting your first payment soon.

Reserve your space by 1 November 2025. Please complete your application with the Education Abroad Office prior to 15 November 2025. You must register and pay for HRSM 390 no later than 1 December 2025.

Payment Deadlines:
1st Program Fee payment of $1,250.00— due by 1 November 2025
2nd Program Fee payment of $1,250.00 — due by 1 December 2025

Program fees are not refundable.
