About the Yin/Restorative Yoga Class Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissue to help lengthen and release built-up tension. Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.
The class will be held in Room 206 of USCB's Center for the Arts. Street parking is available on Carteret and Washington Streets as well as behind the CFA building (corner of Washington & New Street). Yoga props are available but we ask you bring your mat.
