CANCELLATION POLICY Refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com by July 1, 2016. The conference fee will be refunded less a $65 processing fee if the request is received by July 1, 2016. No refunds are available after this time.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE Please indicate if you have special needs or dietary restrictions. Dietary requests will be considered when available, however, it may not be possible to provide for all requests.
