Join Sand Shark Adventures and Adventure Hilton Head as we climb through trees on their high ropes challenge courses.  With four different levels of difficulty, their Aerial Adventure high ropes courses are fun for everyone!

What you need to know:

• Trips are open to USCB students only.
• Pickup will be in front of the Rec Center at 12:45 on Friday, April 12.
• All levels welcome. 
• Basic health history form will be required for trip participants.
• No-show participants will not be eligible for a refund.

Adventure Hilton Head Policies:
BE ADVISED, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF:

• You are pregnant
• You have recent, recurring, or existing injuries
• You have a known medical condition that requires immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency
• You are wearing a cast or splint
• You are under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities

• Participants must weigh less than 265 pounds. Weight limitations are strict. All participants will be discreetly weighed at check-in.

  Participants should be in good health, have good upper body strength, and be able to comfortably hold both hands overhead.

  All medical concerns, disabilities, and physical and mental handicaps including spectrum disorders must be disclosed prior to booking and listed on the waiver.

  In the event of inclement or severe weather that management deems hazardous, we may cancel your activity. Advance notice may not be possible. Weather cancellations are offered rescheduling subject to availability.

Refunds
You must cancel at least 5 days prior to the trip to get a refund. After that, no refunds will be given. No-show participants will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside Hilton Head.

Waiver of liability and release:
In consideration of participating in Sand Shark Adventures - Outdoor Recreation Program, I in full recognition and appreciation of the dangers and risks inherent in such activities, do hereby covenant not to sue, and herby waive, release and forever discharge the University of South Carolina Beaufort and the University of South Carolina, its officers, agents and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, for costs, expenses, or damages to personal property, or personal injury, or death, which may result from my participation in the aforesaid activities.
I acknowledge that my participation in the above-described activities is voluntary. I understand and acknowledge that the aforesaid activities may be hazardous, that my participation is solely at my own risk, and that I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any resulting loss of property, injuries or damages, including death. I further declare that I am physically fit and capable to participate in such activities. I acknowledge and represent that I am at least 18 years of age, that I have carefully read this document and that I sign freely and voluntarily.
I recognize that this waiver of liability and release means I am giving up, among other things, the rights to sue the University of South Carolina Beaufort and the University of South Carolina, its officers, agents, and employees for injuries, damages or losses I may incur as a result of my participation in aforementioned activities. I also understand that this waiver of liability and release binds my heirs, executors, personal representatives, attorneys-of-law, attorneys-in-fact, administrators and assigns, as well as myself. I further agree to indemnify the University of South Carolina Beaufort and the University of South Carolina harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or costs including court costs and attorney's fees incurred as a result of my participation in these activities. This waiver of liability and release shall be governed by and constituted under the laws of the State of South Carolina. 
I have read this entire waiver of liability and release; I fully understand it and agree to be legally bound by it. 

The University recommends that all participants undergo a physical examination with a medical professional prior to participation.
